Home remedies for stuffy nose (nasal congestion) are always needed because a lot of people often deal with blocked nose or stuffy nose. Stuffy nose is usually caused of swelling in the nasal cavity as the triggers of allergic reactions, flus, and cold. This swelling, then, builds up mucus which makes the nose be blocked.  It is difficult for us to breathe whenever out noses are blocked. Inhaling Warm Water Vapor
Warm water vapor can help you to fix stuffy nose.  This is the simplest way to take in order to lose the mucus in the nose. First, you just need to put some water (2-3 glasses) in the pan. Then, boil it. After that, pour some pieces of cloves to get aromatic smell. Then, pout the water with cloves into a bowl. Then, you inhale the warm vapor of the clove water. You have to do it regularly as long as the water is still warm. When it gets cooler but you still need it, you can warm it again.

Drinking Garlic Water
Garlic has antiviral and antifungal substance in it which is helpful as nasal congestion remedies. It can reduce the amount of mucus inside the nose. Therefore, garlic is good to reduce the respiratory infection. If you want to use garlic as home remedy for stuffy nose, you just need to prepare 3 cloves of garlic, a teaspoon of turmeric powder, and a glass of water. First, boil a glass of water with 3 cloves of garlic and a teaspoon of turmeric powder. After that, pour it into a cup or glass and sip it. It is good to consume it every day until you do not have any more nasal congestion. On the other hand, you can also simply eat some cloves of fresh garlic. 

Drinking Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is very good for human’s body immunity because it contains rich nutrients that the body needs. Apple cider vinegar is also good to thin the mucus which triggers nasal congestion. It is also easy to take apple cider vinegar to fix such stuffy nose. First, you just need to prepare 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, a tablespoon of honey, and a glass of warm water. Then, mix the vinegar and honey with a glass of warm water. Next, just drink it. You can take it for several days until there is no more mucus in the nose.

Inhaling Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Essential oil is good to keep our health. Essential oil, especially the eucalyptus oil, is the solution to get rid of your stuffy nose. You just need two or three drops of eucalyptus oil dropped into your handkerchief. Make sure that your handkerchief is really clean. Then, you just simply inhale the oil on your handkerchief. You can do it several times in a day to free your nose from the blocking mucus.
