Home Remedies For Knee Pain
It is sometimes so unbearable to have knee pain that we didn’t think we can make home remedies for knee pain. Knee pain can attack almost anyone in a wide range of ages.  This pain can be linked to many condition, most likely including joint injury, ligament injury , specific disease such as osteoartitris, tendonitis and joint hemorrhage. This condition is commonly followed by bacteria infection.

Some of the knee pain especially when it gets severed, will require medical attention or even surgery and will likely evolve into some life-threatening disease when left untreated. But luckily some light syndrome can be treated at home.

Here are some of many symptoms that will arise on a patient with knee pain:
·         Swelling
·         Stiff feeling on the joint that will cause the uncomfortable feeling when moving the legs
·         Rattling sound from the knee
·         Skin around the area turning into red
·         Limp and unstable knee
·         Unable to sustain the body
·         Fever

Cause of syndrome
Before we try to get the remedies for the syndrome, you may want to know the cause of this syndrome and it is indeed better to avoid it. There are several cause of this syndrome, some of them are:

Injury or trauma
Knee injuries may affect some parts of the knee including ligaments, tendons, fluid-fill sac that surround the joint. In a severe case, it could also affects bones, cartilage and ligaments that form the knee joint itself. The injuries most commonly occurs during exercise or from a sudden movement, falling from certain height or traffic accident.

Damage of the menisci tissue
Menisci is a thin layer of cartilage inside the knee joint. The shape resembles a disc, this tissue is connecting and absorbing a lot pressure of the body. Despite its flexible character, this layer can be torn when the pressure is too strong and the result will be the pain.

Tendonitis is a tendon inflammation that will cause redness along the knee area and causing the pain when touched. Usually this occurs in an exercise with repetitive moving or the one without warms-up. You may want to discuss your routine workout with professional trainer to avoid this problem.

Rheumatoid is an autoimmune disorder, the immune that suppose to attack the foreign dangerous substance betrays its owner by attacking the joint. It causes inflammation of the a soft tissue that protects joints and that can lead to joint pain

Straight leg raise
You can exercise your muscle to strengthen it by sitting in an upright position. Raise and straighten your legs, hold and count to 10. Repeat the movement until at least 10 times each leg.

Turmeric & Ginger Tea
Turmeric has made its own way into public attention. With several useful agent inside, turmeric and also ginger tea have an anti inflammatory substance. It also has a powerful anti-oxidant. Both of them are good to help reducing the pain.

Boil 2 cups of water and mix with ½ teaspoon of each ginger and turmeric. Add some honey to make a better taste, enjoy twice daily of one cup each serving.

Epsom salt soak
Take a bath with a warm water that have been mixed with Epsom salt, 2 cups of it is already enough to mix with a full bath tub of water. You should soak in it at least for 15 minutes.
