Drink mineral water frequently in a day is important for your body. Drink more water can help to eliminate bacteria that cause the infection and lessen the urination process. It’s recommended to drink mineral water and avoid caffeinate drinks like coffee, tea and soda.

2. Don’t Hold the Urination
Do not hold yourself to go to bathroom for urinate. Because holding the urination process will allow the bacteria to multiply themselves and make the infection even worse.

This might be not seems to be important, but the way you dressing is actually can lead to bladder infection. If you use tight clothes such as jeans, it will make you lose moisture and get the bacteria to multiply faster. Blueberry is famous for its high level of antioxidant that can help to boost up your immunity and treat your bladder infection. You can make some blueberry juice to drink daily as act of prevention or remedies.

7. Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree oil has antibacterial properties which is good for remove the infection. Mix 10 drops of this oil in your bath water and use it to wash your urethra opening or soak your body in a warm bath water which mix with several drops of tea tree oil.

8. Baking Soda
Simply mix the baking soda in a glass of water to neutralize the acid inside urine and remove the infection faster.

9. Pineapple
Pineapple is effective to relieve infection. You ca either eat the pineapple when they’re still fresh or make a juice to drink regularly.
